Can I get the freebie mini pin if I missed the early pledge?

If you didn’t pledged during the first 48hrs, you won’t get it as freebie, but you still can buy it with the add-on tier “mini pin”.

How I get my freebie from the Cross-Collaboration?

I don't see the freebies in my pledge ?

If you qualify for the free Pin incentive or sticker for backing both campaigns and/or 3+ Pintober campaigns the Freebies will be automatically added to your survey post campaign.

How can I choose my rewards?

Once the campaign has ended you will receive a survey form to fill out to chose each one of your rewards depending on the pledge tier you have selected during the live campaign.

Can an add-ons item be part of the pins tier ?

No, the add-ons items are EXCLUSIVELY add-ons and can’t be part of the rewards inside the pledge tiers.

Do you send worldwide ?

Yes we send worldwide but don’t collect VAT/tariffs except for US orders so it will be the customer responsability.

Do you send to US ?

Yes, we offer shipping worldwide, we have found some DDP (duty paid) solutions to be able to send the packages to the US currently so the additional fee will be added to the shipping cost after the campaign. Note : This is the current situation on January 2026 so the costs / shipping companis still can change until we send the rewards july/august 2026.

Can I get a refund ?

Unfortunately we can’t accept refunds as the funds are directly sent to the factory to start the production. If you have any concerns or big issue please email us at : [email protected]

How do you send to US ?

What will happen if the new designs to unlock don't reach their goal ?

If sadly we don’t reach the number of orders needed to unlock the new designs after 1 month they will be canceled and you won’t be charged for them !

When the rewards will be sent ?

Our estimated shipping date is April 2026 imagining that everything goes as planned BUT as enamel pins/jewels are handmade, mistakes and delays in manufacturing may happened (Which we will inform you in updates as always).

Why the survey marks shipping as "charged later" ?

As the situation is constantly changing, we are adapting as we go along : October 2025 : Tariffs must be paid in advance (DDP), so a tax will be added to the shipping costs well after the campaign.

However, delivery of this collection is scheduled for March/April 2026, so there is a chance that regulations may change again (or be cancelled? 🤞) between now and then, which is why we will not charge for shipping for now, but closer to the delivery date.

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
